Parrot CK3000 Volume?
Hi All,
I've successfully installed the Parrot CK3000 kit from newministuff and it's working great (thanks Mike!). I know that I can press the phone icon button on my '06 MCS multifunction steering wheel to emulate the "talk" button on my phone, and the "R/T" button to emulate the "end" button on my phone. That's working fine. My phone doesn't allow voice dialing via Bluetooth so I can't do that feature, but at least I can place calls via my phone and have then go through the Parrot, and also answer and end calls from the steering wheel buttons.
One question, though... the volume buttons on the steering wheel, the volume **** on my h/k stereo and the volume controls on the phone don't function when I'm in a call and the volume of the call isn't loud enough through my stereo's speakers. Any ideas how to increase the volume during a call?
Thanks!

Set the volume on your phone, the phone kit will remember it. The wheel doesnt control the volume because the parrot kit original controller doesnt have a volume control on it. The wheel can only do what the parrot controller can do. If your phone doesnt support voice dial, you can set the kit up to do it. You will need to plug th parrot controller in to set it up (spare socket on the loom) then see the manual.

Hi Mike!
That was a fast reply - what time is it over in the UK?
I read the manual cover-to-cover (at least the English bits) and didn't see anything about being able to enable voice dialing for phones that don't have that feature built-in. My Motorola MPx220 has speaker-independant voice dialing but you can only use that feature on a wired headset or via the handset. The on-line help via their web site doesn't list the ability to use Parrot built-in voice dialing with my phone, either. I'd love to get voice dialing but will live with it if all I can do is answer and end calls like a driveable version of a BT headset.
As for the volume, my handset's volume is maxed out when I paired to the Parrot, but that doesn't seem to help with the kit volume, and turning the stereo's volume **** doesn't work either.
