Lug bolts for 16 inch wheels the same as for the 17 inch wheels?

Lug bolts for 16 inch wheels the same as for the 17 inch wheels?
I am thinking they are but since I haven't seen a lugbolt from a 16 inch wheel I thought I would ask. I think the only differences are the color. Is that correct?

Yes. The difference you will find is that the wheels with caps use a brass colored bolt and the others use a black colored bolt
