What's your favorite Mini collectible?

What's your favorite Mini-collectible item you have collected so far? Why?

One of my favorites is a 3" yellow plastic cube box, which has inside eight 1 1/2 inch cubes that fold and re-fold to show various Mini pictures of the Mini One and Cooper. From Mini UK, 2001. Why? It seems pretty rare.

My next favorite: lots of those great Mini ads…which keep on coming!

And… the Dec 2002 Kiplinger's magazine that features us and our Mini

Mine is the MINI Dragon decals I pick up for every trip to the Dragon.

I only have two on my MCS, but I have quite a collection of them at the house.

MINI wears BISAZZA

I have a MINI wears BISAZZA brochure that my daughter picked up for me when she was traveling in Germany last summer. It has overlays that you place over pictures of plain MINIs. Hard to describe, but really cool!

I've received a lot more stuff from Germany since then. I have several items from the LET'S MINI meet including a wristband, seat cushion, stickers, and a pen. I'm waiting for at least one welcome package from the big MINI UNITED meet in Misano, Italy in October. My German friends are very good to me. James

James - you are one lucky dog! You have the absolute BEST MINI collection. Wish I had HALF of the items you have and some of the same friends...

Thanks Donna, you have helped me yourself! I'll remember you when I have some extras from Germany.

Cathy has a really big collection, too. She just doesn't make it here very often.

OK, so let's see more of everyone's favorite MINI items.

My favorite collectable is the magical motoring 8-ball. It was a rare item given to dealerships when MINI was first introduced. I was able to get it from a MINI2'er who had it up for auction on eBay some time ago.

My collection is pretty lame, but my favorite is the fake milk carton (honey, milk is out, gotta make a run to the store!)

What would have been my favorite, if I could get it, is the giant MINI bulldog banner hanging in the local MINI/BMW service center. I called the folks to see if I could get it when it was retired, but they said several people at the shop had already made claims to it!
