Came across an add for these in European Car with a picture of the Mini Cooper in the add. I'm not a big suspension buff, but I just thought i'd let you guys know... Anybody ever heard of these before? http://www.vogtland.com

Hey Grinder,

Last time I checked, which was a while ago, they only made springs for the series 1 cars. I'll check into it again. Honestly though, I don't know much about the company - they didn't make any Porsche stuff and I haven't heard of them in racing.

They make a lowered spring for the MINI. I am waiting for the adjustable coil over from them due out in Feb.
Have a great day motoring

I have a set of these springs on my car. Big difference over stock and it lowered my car 1.25 inches and stiffer ride.

I think what any spring would do?

These are specifically for cars manufactured before April, 2002.

There are some differences in springs - material quality, ride height differences, progressive rate or not, and spring winding.

Hope that helps!

with 15" wheels. It feels like a Mercedes....nice
soft ride for a change.
