Mine has been clicking but I thought it was due to the cross drilled and slotted rotors I installed. I have had the rotors on since the day I brought my MCSC home.

I haven't heard of brakes clicking, but there is an ongoing thread on MINI2 about the webspoke wheels clicking. If you have the webspokes, you might want to check this link out.

Hi guys thanks for the link , took car to Crevier mini for repairs yesterday. It was my spider wheels they were seperating they couldnt be tightened , they replaced both rear wheels. I got to enjoy a enterprise rent a wreck for the day . It took 3 trips to dealer & service manager to test drive it before they agred to fix it but its done. The service lady was Allison Thompson nice and helpful . Thanks again for the help , i think ill buy the extended warranty 5 yr 100k , Crevier pushs Portfolio is it a decent warranty ? for the $$? its 1850.00.

Why does that not surprise me? (in general, ive no experiance with Crevier ) That shouldn't be acceptable at all.

Brakes Clicking

Yes the wheels were comming apart , they tried tighting all the bolts then replaced wheels . If you have the web wheels and it sounds like the brake sensers touching the roter they are bad. I like the car plenty but i think its a tempermental car. I think ill buy the extended warranty on it , i think it will prob need things. The dealer offers 5 yr 100k Portofolio warranty for about 1850.00. Is that a good company does anybody know of better ones for less money ?. Thanks Charlie

So is the click enough of a hassle to just get another style MINI wheel?
