Picked her up!

Hey NAM!

I picked her up last night and boy what a rush! I've moved from a 1997 Chevy Tahoe (7k lbs, 270hp) to this beauty! I took her out and on accident chirped the wheels . The car is beautiful and the ride is sweeeeeeeeet. I can't tell you how many looks I've received just driving down the street, especially from my "car friends" who just gasped as I pulled up. I'm as happy as a pig in doo-doo!

There are only a few little issues which have to be looked at/fixed by the dealer next week and I'm wondering if any of you guys have experienced any of the same issues.

1) Scratch on the black roof right down to the white undercoat at the center line of the car where the windshield meets the roof. (Looks like a scratch when they peeled tape off)

2) Small chip of paint on the bottom edge of the boot hatch.

3) Two miscolored pixels on the nav. (Do they replace the whole thing? Or can they just re-wipe the nav and hope for the best?)

4) A little bit of condensation in the air dam fog lights. There was a lot last night with a sudden temperature change but overall not too much.

Let me know if anyone has experienced the same issues!

And now down to the pics!

(10-minutes later)

Bah...can't seem to upload any photos...guess you'll just have to head to my gallery instead!

Just checked your gallery and it sure is nice.I'm glad you went with the Aero kit like I did. I think it really adds to the car nice and cleanly.

Wow. The HB/B combo is great. And I agree with MDSBRAIN that the Aero kit looks awesome. Good luck keeping the RPMs down to break-in levels with the JCW kit burbling under the hood!
