Do you happen to have a full car pic? It would make it easier for those of us judging. So far it looks nice. Ryephile took his stock black Antena and sliced the long part off. I am thinking of doing this to both of my MINI's. Looks better and also reduces the co efficient of drag on a minimal scale.

I've had the Alta stubby antenna on my car for over two years. I think it looks great. I really wanted to get rid of the long one, didn't look right.

Look good.

On that note, I've been wanting a longer one! I want one real long so it'll look just like a R/C model only bigger.

No problem with mine. Reception is at least as good as with the OE antenna.

I've got the aluminum stubby in black, with no noticable loss in reception.

I was just impressed that he cleaned up the garage for the photo!
