Hey Wenzor, if you end up with the car, and want to swap out the white 16" wheels, let me know.

05 For Sale

After I ordered this car I found out you could order a limited slip diff in January production. I will use the new car for track events so I wanted the LSD.

"Dealer Installed 15% reduction supercharger pulley" is interesting. I read on NAM about voiding the supercharger warranty with such an installation. If the dealer installs it though does that mean the warranty remains in force? You may or may not be able to answer that. Good luck selling it.

It's about the same diameter as the JCW pully....

Pulley

Yes, the factory warranty is still in tact. The dealer here in CO even installs 250hp kits.

There are quite a few dealers who are performance mod friendly and offer other perfomance parts besides the JCW stuff... But the key is that you have to buy it from the dealer and let the dealer install it. Many (if not all) of these same dealers will back anything they install, even if you take the car to be serviced at another dealer anywhere in the country... i.e you have a blown engine do to a mod that you purchased at and was installed by MINI of Sterling in VA. Your engine blew in San Diego and you tow it to the nearest MINI dealer who denies the warranty claim. MINI of Sterling will pay the local dealer to repair the damage caused by their mod that you purchased from them...

You can also contact Randy at Webb Motorsports. He also has a warranty for any parts he installs. www.webbmotorsports.com He provides great service in Colorado and even flys to other states to conduct pulley parties (5-10 pulley installs) at a given location along with tech seminars.

OT - Does Webb warranty the part itself or any damage to the car the part may cause? That's quite a difference. One of the reasons Dinan stuff costs more, as their warranty mirrors the factory warranty if the part cause the factory warranty to be voided.

I'm in the same boat - do I sell my '05 and buy one with LSD or just throw an LSD in mine? I figure after selling and buying it'll end up costing about the same.

Getting this back on track...

1. Is this car still avialable?

2. DO you have pics? I can imagine what the exterior looks like, but what does the interior look like with the Chrono & EB panels?

3. Just to clarify - no MFSW, no DSC?

Thanks

Derek

Ok, $22,900 did you forget to list some options? Because, It seems that you are asking $1000 more than brand new MSRP

You forgot to add in parts and labor on the pulley and clear bra and maybe he did not list every option

You can't add parts and labor of a mod to a selling price on a car and expect to get it. Most mods on a car subtract from the selling price, especially a pulley because not every dealer will warranty the car.

It will depend on the buyer.

Collector probably has his reasons for setting that price.
