[OT] Looking for Chicago Recommendations
[OT] Looking for Chicago Recommendations
Well, I'm really enjoying discovering this fantastic city, and was looking for more recommendations for places and things to see/do here
I'm not really looking for anything specific, if there is any place (restaurant, bar, gym, barber, or absolutely anything) that you enjoy and would recommend, I'd love to hear it.
P.S. Anyone know a good dent repair place in the city. I got a few dings on the MINI that I'd like to take care of.
THANK YOU!

A few thus far...
So far, the following places seem to be nice to me...
Food:
Brazilian Food- Fogo De Chao (La Salle, near Hard Rock Cafe)
Cafe Iberico- Spanish Tapas (near Fogo De Chao on La Salle)
Angelina- Nice little Italian place on Broadway and Addison in Wrigleyville
Flat Top Grille- A' La Mongolian BBQ, a little different.
Wearables:
I found some good work clothes at Filenes Basement on Michigan Ave...
Untitled near Clark and Diversey has some trendy stuff...
I'm so new here, that I'm sure I am missing some of the better places :-)
cheers,
-Matt

)
I triple the recommendation for Cafe Iberico!!!!!
The amount of food you get at Cafe Iberico for $35 would cost you $100 at other good restaurants in Chicago.
My only bad comment - don't order the special Catilian flan for desert. Its one and the same as Trader Joes creme brulee

I just got back from a weekend in Chicago. You should check out the "Body Worlds" exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry. Incredible.
