Hello, everyone. I'm riding a 2016 F54 Clubman.
Stop & Go has been enabled in coding in advance, and this time I tried TJA's retrofit.
I bought a HOD emulator and installed it in the steering wheel.
However, the following error occurs when coding FA in E-sys.
Hello, everyone.
It's FA coding for TJA activation, which didn't work yesterday, but as a result, in the case of MINI, FA coding of 5AR is not possible, so we responded with FDL coding for each module.
I would like to report here that I was able to activate TJA safely.
Thanks to my predecessors so far, I was able to achieve it.
Thank you again.
TJA… Traffic Jam Assist? Is this related to the adaptive cruise control? (ACC) I’d like to get the ACC option added to my car…
Yes, it was about adding Traffic Jam Assist.
ACC is a vehicle that has been equipped from the beginning.
I think there are many physical parts that must be added to a vehicle that does not have ACC.
I'm not a professional, so I recommend referring to past threads or setting up threads for them.

If you have KAFAS ( middle camera on the windshield) in your car , then the retrofit is doable with few parts and fsc for the ACC , if no camera then not worth the retrofit cost. The ACC system in the Minis isn’t as sophisticated as in other BMW models; it relies entirely on the front-facing camera. As soon as the sun shines directly into the camera, the ACC stops working.

My car has the camera, front accident collision monitor, and the brake assist option. It does not have the head-up-display, or the adaptive cruise option. From what I've deduced, I only need to add the steering wheel switches, and get some coding done. But, I haven't found any conclusive information that says I'm on the right track. I've only seen one other person claim to have added the ACC option, but they didn't provide much details. If I can get confirmation, and find someone to do the coding part, I'll gladly buy the steering wheel switch to get it done.
I also know the ACC isn't the smartest, but I do a LOT of highway driving, and I think it would be helpful.

I'm a BMW tuner and retrofitter for more than 20 years , never owned a Mini before except the current Clubman, I'm sure that the system is the same on Clubman and Countryman but to make sure I give you the right answer , I need your car last 7 digits VIN , then I can check for you if you need more than just steering angel sensor - Steering wheel buttons+wiring harness, and some activation codes which you will have to order from BMW directly.
