Already changed bulbs and inspected wires. Every thing looks fine. Does anyone know if this could be a problem with the wiring harness itself? And how difficult is it to replace it?
Also bought a brand new headlight assembly and still the same issue.

I'm not positive but it may be a BCM issue, maybe as simple as pins and connectors corrosion or ... maybe it is as simple as a rodent got in there and nibbled on some wiring. Electrical Systems Troubleshooting, the bane of my existence.

You should get a wiring diagram and check the wire continuity from the light connector all the way back to termination.

An easy fix would be to run jumpers from the side that works to the side that doesn't.

What ever you do, best of luck.

Motor On!
