R53 Valve cover badge

My MINI badge on the valve cover decided to come off a couple of weeks ago .It's really starting to bother me and I was wondering if it can be glued back on, or just buy a new one. If it can be glued any suggestions on a glue type? The search tab didn't provide much. Thanks in advance.

For whatever reason; Cooper48's link to Lowes didn't work for me (access denied) but I would agree - perhaps a high-temp sealant (e.g: RTV) would work best. If not a thin coat of JB Weld high temp epoxy (the clear 2 part syringe type). Another great glue I often like, by default is E6000.

There's a guy from England on eBay that made mine. It looks great. Double sided tape...

The original Mini & Jcw valve cover badges were attached with double sided tape…

Good to know.
I don't recall reading the OP asking what the factory used.
Adhesive was suggested for ease of use and repositioning if needed without damaging / bending the badge.
Double sided or 3M VHB tape is great, IMO, but less forgiving if repositioning is required.
Regardless - it's good to know.

You can see the ultra thin 3M backing here on the factory part.
