Hello from Colorado

Hi all....

Well, I went and did it... I bought my second Mini Cooper, a 2025 Mini Cooper S 3 door F66 hatchback.
This is in Chili Red II with a white top... and it is fast and fun.

I had a 2020 JCW 3 door hatchback, also in Chili Red.
BTW...the new Chili Red II paint is just the slightest lighter red than the original.
You will need to keep that in mind should you order any touchup paint.

The JCW was a really great car, but I got a 'wild hair' and sold it to buy a Lotus Elise.
Got that out of my system and decided to go back to a Mini for my fun driver.

The large round OLED digital screen/digital operating system in my new Mini took quite a bit of getting used to. Not quite sure why they decided to go this route, as I think most owners would prefer some analog, like I had in the 2020 JCW.
However, it is incredibly customizable (I turned off a lot of the 'bells and whistles'), which is entertaining, but it was quite a learning curve figuring out this somewhat complicated digital assistant and OS.
Even now, I find something new to 'tweak' every time I drive the car.

Outside of this, I love the car.
The power, the handling, the sound system and the overall ride quality make this a car I look forward to driving.

I would like to add a center stripe, or two side hood / bonnet black stripes, to my Mini.
Not having much luck searching the internet for exact fit stripes, which I would much prefer. Don't really want to try trimming bulk material to get a good fit.
ZenGraphicsUK that has a very nice, one piece center strip (see below), but they are not responding to my emails... bummer....

Anyway, glad to be a member of this forum.

We are fortunate to live at the base of the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains.
I will post some of our Fall mountain trips and photos in the near future.

Enjoy your Minis!!!!
