I have a 2018 Clubman S and when setting the ac to max the fan is much louder than usual. Sounds normal on other settings. I tried removing the cabin filters but was still loud. Anyone else experience this? The noise is inside the cabin, not the engine bay

 

Mine is always very loud when it is running full-speed/Max Fan. You are on the Auto setting which appears to have the fan running at Max in the video. If you turn the fan off Auto (press the Auto button so the freen light is out), then turn the dial on the fan speed (center ****) to about halfway, it is much quieter. About halfway is the most I've ever needed, even on 95F, sunny days when it is humid out...maybe full speed for a minute or two until the air gets cold.

 

Yes, it will be loud on max, but with the "Auto" feature, I find the car gets cold pretty efficiently on setting 2. I keep my Countryman on Auto with intensity setting 2 and temperature set to 68°.
