Wipers, left fog light and left blinker issue

Hi all,
My 2006 Mini R52 has some electrical problems with wipers, but not only. (I already posted in the wrong section 4 years ago, so I thought about opening a new one wouldn't harm). I left it for a few years for my own sanity, but with summer approaching, it's now or never!

Summary of the problems : when stage 1 fan gets triggered (either engine running hot, or A/C on), I get the wipers turning on. The left fog light and the left blinkers also switch on. Their intensity varies with the wiping cycle.
Also, when switching on the fog lights, the wipers get triggered, but not the fan 1.

What I did so far :
- checked for damaged wires, tightened/cleaned ground connections, inspected fuses/relays
- checked BCM : looks clean, no trace of corrosion or water
- replaced engine fusebox
- installed an external resistor for the cooling fan => resolved the stage 1 failing
- replaced the cooling fan motor => suspected current backfeeding
- replaced the battery
- ran OBD scanner and found issues with open circuit/relay fault for everything engine fusebox (III) related : wipers, fog lights, side markers.
- studied the workshop manual

Noticeable things :
- When stage 1 fan is running, if I remove the wiper relay (power one), the wiping stops but the fog light still stays on but without intensity variation.
- When stage 1 fan is running, if I remove the fog light, the wipers continue wiping
- When I remove the fog light, new odd behaviour, when activating the left blinkers, wipers move by 2 cm every blinking
- pins 1,3,4,5 of the wiper relay are grounded. With ignition on, wipers off : Pin 2, 3 : 12 volts. Pin 1, 5 : 0v.

There seems to be something wrong with the wiring, possibly a grounding issue. I understand how the relays work, but it becomes confusing when I see continuity between pins that are not supposed to be connected...

Do you have any more ideas of things to try to help me root cause this problem?

Thanks!
