No power at the ignition switch power wire

I have a 2013 R56 and at first the engine would just crank but no starting. I had no power to fuel pump. So I watched a video about the fuel pump relay being located inside the fuse box. So I purchased a fused bypass relay and wired it into the correct wires according to the video. Still nothing but cranking and no start. I next check for voltage, 12 volts at the continuous power wire in the fuse box but the ignition switch power wire has no voltage. Anyone know what I could be dealing with and any fixes to the problem. I'm guessing it is the junction box itself is bad. Help me please.
