R56 misfiring and throwing multiple codes

I have a 2008 mini cooper s r56. It had about 95k miles on it. I had it flash a code for the dmtl pump a few months ago. I had that replaced and the code came back shortly after.

yesterday I was on my way to work and the check engine light started flashing. I pulled over and plugged in my read (using the bimmerlink app)

I’m getting the codes
272e Dmtl pump motor
2781 combustion misfire multiple cylinders
277d and a. Cylinder 2 and 4 misfires.
2b64 intake manifold, secondary air.

after doing a bunch of reading I replaced the spark plugs, I swapped a few of the coils around to see if they would cause misfires on other cylinders. They did not. I made an effort to check for air leaks but did not find any (that doesn’t mean there isn’t). The car is having a bit of a weird cold start. It sounds like it’s cranking twice before starting. The car is misfiring often, very erratic idle, seems to drive somewhat alright when going over 45, but at lower speeds it’s really misfiring. I decided to not drive it until this is sorted but I genuinely have no idea what it could be. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I did extensive reading before posting this and I couldn’t seem to find much that lined up with all of these codes.
