Can I simply swap the center console with a heater control with the thermostat in degrees with the heater control without the Degree setting?

Do I need to install as sensor as well? Is the wiring there?

Are you asking if you can retrofit the automatic climate control into a car with the manual controls? There is a bit more to it than just swapping the control console. You’ll have to change the blower motor, control resistor, and add the solar sensor on top of the dash, and add a wiring harness. The whole dash will need to come out for the retrofit. It’s not an easy swap, but it can be done.
