F55/F56 Code Headlight Switch 9301808 for US Spec F56
Code Headlight Switch 9301808 for US Spec F56
Hi,
I installed a headlight control switch in my 2023 Mini SE (F56) that has the headlight levelers (P/N: 9301808) and I want to code the car to recognize the switch. According to a post from 2020, one used enter the switch type as follows however Step 3's option of "LCE_BEL_LIN_VAR" is no longer in Bimmercode:
BDC > 3069 LCE_CONFIGURATION > LCE_BEL_LIN_VAR > Code to the switch type, in my case "10_BEL_FLC_NSW_NSL_LWR"
Does anyone know how to re-code a car to recognize a new headlight control switch/where to enter the switch type to 10_BEL_FLC_NSW_NSL_LWR?
I should add that I have already coded for separate front & rear fog lights so my end goal with the new switch now is to see if coding for the new switch activates the headlight levelers.
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ht-option.html
" After that, you need to code the IHKS module to change NEBEL_SCHLUSSLEUCHTE from non-activ to activ to tell the computer that it's okay to turn on the rear fog with that switch. (To be complete, you should change the VO to include the rear fog option by adding $5AA to the VO in the CAS and FRM modules so that the settings save should the car ever need to be reset.)"

Thanks for the reply! My end goal with the new switch is to see if coding for the new switch activates the headlight levelers as we as in fog season and having driven in Wales in the fog with headlight levelers, I was able to control the angle of the headlights to where they illuminated the road and not a wall of fog
