Headlight switch swap-out

Hey, Getting ready to swap out my headlight switch for the rear fogs switch. Anybody have any pointers on this? I tried a search for any tutorial but not really coming up with much. I have the coding part but looking more for removal of that lower facia below the steering wheel.

They're all snapped in. Just apply some pressure and they will pop out. And the same putting it back on.

hey, thanks. Also, the coding is still valid. successful rear fogs enabled. all in, switch was $50 on ebay and about 45 mins of my time.

> 3068, NSL_Verbaut = Verbaut

3064 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_L_output = nsl_l
3064 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_L_Function = nebelschlusslicht
3064 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_R_output = nsl_r
3064 Mapping_Nebelschlussl_R_Function = nebelschlusslicht

Thanks very much to all who posted the coding.

So the dash doesn't have to be taken apart to get the switch out?

basically this thing pulls out. I worked from the bottom upwards. then the switch is held in by a torx screw. very simple swapout. The hardest part about it was waiting in line at Dunk's when I grabbed a coffee before I started the job.
