R60 2011 Entertainment System Software Issue
2011 Entertainment System Software Issue
I recently had my fuse box repaired and everything works except I cannot connect external devices (Bluetooth, AUX) to the MINI Connect Entertainment system. I have a 2011 R60 Countryman All4 with the Premium Sounds System, Navigation, and Communication packages. The options are greyed out and cannot be selected. When I look under current software version, there is no software listed (its just a blank screen), and I cannot restore to an older version either. I am unable to find any update files to download to a USB stick online either. Any help or advice on what the issue could be would be much appreciated!
Did the MINI dealership flash the new fuse box when they installed it?
