A-Pillar Trim - Exterior

Got the car without the exterior A-Pillar Trim, it blew off the car while going down the highway, prior to my ownership.

Main curiosity, is this going to allow water ingress with the trim removed?
Knowing now, that the FRM is pretty much below there, I don't want to introduce water there if I can help it.

Bump for a follow up question.

Anyone know which/how many clips may be needed when replacing this trim?
The bits that are screwed to the body are still attached, but any clips are long gone from it.

Looking at this page, and the holes in the A-pillar, I'm assuming it's clip #13, since it's round holes in the body?
Or, does part #7 come with the clips installed?

Thanks, that's exactly what I needed to know.
Does it come with the foam/insulation strip behind it as well, or is that a separate order part?

No, just the trim and clips. I think it is different than a R58/59 or I would send you one for the cost of postage.

Ordered a replacement trim & gasket. Slowly getting this car back together.
Biggest upcoming expenses are going to be the new top, FRM & amp. Amp will be the last to tackle, getting by via bluetooth earbuds or speaker [depending on if I have a passenger] for now.

Replaced, tough to do without removing other parts.
Hardest part was pulling the window gasket back enough to get the screws back in.
Front end looks a bit better now.
