CRanks, no start, no headlighst, some dash lights missing

I just finished up installing a clutch and just got the car back together. During the cars downtime I charged the battery. Upon first start up, the engine will crank but will not start. Also, it seems like some info center lights are not coming on when you would first put in the key, and also the headlights won't turn on. It seems like something electrical is disconnected or a fuse is blown. I did pull mostly all of the fuses to check if any were blown and found none. However I did not check for voltages yet and plan on going back to do that and re-check ALL of the fuses.

I'm just getting started on the troubleshooting so any advice is appreciated.

Thanks
Neal

In the fuse box, I have no power on either side of the fuse on F31, F32, F34, F35, and F44.

Anyone have a wiring diagram?

Footwell module

Common problem with the R60. You can send the footwell module to be repaired, which runs about $150. You can have it replaced with a refurbished FM3, for around $450-$600, or with a new FM3 ($1,200-$1,400)

Frm has nothing to do with car starting. Make sure all plugs are connected and check the fusebox for water damage.

Remove the fuse box.
i bet you will find evidence of water damage.
One wire controls the fuel pump and is a common one to go first, resulting in no start.
The lights are symptoms of other circuits damaged.

I had the crank/no start problem with my 2013 Countryman. No power at the coils. I was able to get it started to get it into the shop. I popped the cover off the relay and used a piece of plastic to mechanically keep it pulled in until I could get it inside. I don't recall the relay number but it's in the relay/fuse box under the hood. There are three black relays and the one in question is the one that's mounted lower than the other two.The root cause of the problem is water damage in the JBE. This is a video that explains how to troubleshoot it:
