Auto drop minimal on driver

So the auto drop on my driver door goes down maybe 1 mm, passenger works as it should ~10mm. If I manually push the glass down once the door is open and close it, the glass auto ups to fully sealed. I have searched on here, but no one seemed to have this same issue, maybe did a bad search. I tried the reset on page 32 of the manual as well as the you tube vids. I just bought the tool for the large cogs. Do i need to adjust via those? Do I need a new regulator? Will a battery disconnect fix everything?

You can try a battery nap. The cogs will not change the drop behavior. I had my original drivers side die in 2022. ( Feb 05 ). I put a used OE in. No issues, but I learned about the cogs, and that will not help.
