Rear view camera failure

Hi guys, do you know what this error is: "Rear view camera failure"?

This is the second time I'm getting this error.

The first time I got this error, I replaced the backup camera.

But after a year, the error appeared again.

This error pops up randomly when reverse parking. I'm using Bimmerlink to check the error.

This is the error I get: "Calibration or adjustment error detected." Has anyone faced this issue before?

Hello,

Most MINI dealers have a 2 year unlimited mile warranty on installed parts. I would check with them first.

Hi, my Mini is out of warranty, and this is the second time I am getting this error. Just wondering if there is any solution before the dealer asks me to repair it with new part. Thanks

No problem, thanks for replying. I finally found out the solution. The camera kept getting this error because of a loose connection. I just needed to put it back into the hole and secure the camera to make sure it won't become loose

Thats the part that might be broken.
