F54 Flat towing behind a motor home
Flat towing behind a motor home
Hey I bought a 2015 Countryman S all wheel drive. This is my first mini, it is already set up for being flat towed. However i can't find any info on besides putting it in neutral, what needs to be done? Do I need to disconnect the battery or pull fuses? How fast can I drive while towing?
I sure apricate any answers!

From my 2023 JCW's owners manual regarding towing the car:
Do not exceed a towing speed of 30 mph/50 km/h.
Do not exceed a towing distance of 30 miles/50 km.
Really I think you'd be better off trailering the car.
Yes trailering is best.
