I have the Visual Boost radio with Enhanced Bluetooth and Mini Connected in my 2012 R57 Cooper S Convertible. Unfortunately, I can't seem to connect my iPhone 11 to the radio. When I pair and enter the PIN, my iPhone shows that it's connected, and the radio display shows the signal strength of the phone, but the radio remains stuck on "Establishing connection" until it times out and displays that it couldn't establish a connection.

Interestingly, after several attempts, it worked with my wife's iPhone 13 without me doing anything differently.

Do you have any ideas on what else I can try or what might be causing this?

Is the software up-to-date on the phone? And sometimes good old reboot might help.

 

Its the phone, then go into the system and pair the phone on the screen, sometimes mine disconnects.
