Radio Upgrade Question

I have a 2012 Countryman. It is not the Harman Kardon speaker and radio set up but I would like it to be. What’s involved in upgrading ?

More trouble than it will be worth. They HK system has more speakers, more wiring, and an amp that is prone to failing. I would upgrade the speakers, and maybe add a small subwoofer in the back trunk well.
