I have this message pop up a lot, like sometimes every 5 seconds but i dont think it is an actually problem with my brake system and need help

When this message pops up, it usually flickers on and off most the lights on my dash and will cut power to the radio (which already stutters) Seconds later its back to normal, then will start flickering again. The only times it will do it less is at night, which is another indicator that i think could be a battery/sensor issue. Anything thoughts or advice???(re-posted cuz i dont know what letter numbers my car is lol:2015 mini cooper s)
