R60 Windshield Washer Line Fitting

Windshield Washer Line Fitting
Doing my rebuild I must've broken this fitting because it won't stay on the pump. It's for the lines that run from the pump to the headlight washers.

But I don't want to replace the entire line set unless I have to. Maybe someone knows where I can get just this fitting:
