A cvt problem maybe ?

Hello , i have a mini cooper r50 2002 with a cvt transmission, im struggling with a problem that i fouldnt figure where its coming from , at the low speed exactly when the car is at 10km/h speed and if i hold it on it , the car will feel like its jumping until i give it more gas and once it passed this speed everything will return to normal , also when braking and the moment the car hit 10km/h the engine brake start to be very hard in a way i feel like someone just catch the car from behind and start pulling it to the back and again one its below 10km/h it will again return to normal behavior, last thing is when im going fast and if i hit the brake hard suddenly and release is before the car stopped then pushing the gas pedal the car will give me one very very strong shake
I got ep error 3 times i took it to a specialist after the first 2 times and he told me its because of a bad alternator and i changed it , the last time it appeared was a rainy day and once i turned off the car and turned it on again it disappeared, changed the transmission fluids a few days ago , the magnet had a normal amount of hairy like metals and one single small angle shaped piece of metal , its very small 5mm at max yet my problems didn’t disappear , any idea what could it be and what should i look for ?
