Limp mode after cleaning intake and TB

Hi guys,

Recently I did some work on my Mini Cooper S 2008, took off the intake manifold and cleaned throttle body. Then, after I assembled it, I began to get following errors just after I start the engine.
002B32: DME: Throttle-valve actuator, control range
002B31: DME: Throttle-valve actuator, control range
002B1E: DME: Throttle-valve actuator, activation
002B2B: DME: Throttle-valve actuator, position monitoring
002B1D: DME: Throttle-valve actuator, activation
002B43: DME: Throttle actuator

I thought the TB can be faulty but when I look at live data at Carly the following scenarios are occurring.

1. When I play with acceleration pedal I see with pedal press, changes the pedal %, TB target %, TB low stop % and TB current % values. But when I leave pedal in some position (either it is in mid way or pedal to the floor), TB values reset back to 9% after reaching (or it seems so) that position, and remain there regardless I press the pedal or not. And at this moment I get engine malfunction and cruise mode error on Mini's computer.

2. Sometimes I manage to get the pedal to 100% that doesn't cause TB reset to 9%. In that case target value is 100% and actual value and the lower stop are somewhere near 98%.

3. When I listen to TB working with my ear near intake manifold, there are no scratching noises just DC motor working.

I've tried to disconnect the battery, to do adaptation procedure that I found in the internet (ignition on, pedal to the floor for 90 sec, off position, pedal release) both while TB is open like in scenario 2 and TB in default 9% and it does not work.

Also, in case of key fobs, as I understand, the key positions are the following
ignition on - means put the fob in place and press start button without depressing the clutch.
off - means take the key fob.

Any ideas, what can I do next or probably I've done the TBA wrong.

Thank you for reading this and your help.

This is probably too simple but I’ll share it just in case.

Double check the intake tube clamp my 2007 works it way off a couple times a year. I have learned to push it back on and retighten before it comes off enough to put it in limp mode. Good Luck

Did you confirm everything is plugged in? There is 3 plugs under the intake manifold, TB, boost solenoid, and fuel tank breather valve. Did you confirm these are plugged in?

Early in Mini building I swapped the thermostat plug with another (forget now) and it acted all kinds of weird. With enough force, every plug will fit. haha
