I'm trying to put together my koni yellow rears for my R53. The instructions are garbage. I have to try and figure out the proper configuration of the hardware. Anyone have some pics or better instructions???

From the Bentley Manual (Section 330-5/330-8 of the hardbound blue cover version) is this diagram:

Installed (in combo with JCW Sport Springs ("Reds"), noting decide on soft/medium/firm preload settings before installing:

^^ Thanks. I have the book and the general idea of the install. However, the instructions were not helpful and I am at a loss to figure out the proper sequence of what goes where. Please see the plastic spacer which we thing is correct. There there is a metal sleeve, a thick washer, a thin washer and the nut.

Side Note: I will also be using the powerflex bushings on this. I did not open them yet as I was still working on figuring this one out. Maybe they come into play here?

I run Bilstein yellows, so unfamiliar with Koni yellows, but NAM has a deep archive so did a quick search,
and found this thread which despite the title seems to quite helpful and also has great reference pics:

Made me miss seeing @pnwR53S around here though because he was such fun and always had wonderfully extensive pictures.
