I have several projects lined up for the f56 this spring. I am planning to run a packed summer of driving events. Can someone please direct me to a good source for a complete list of torque values for the 2017 F56? I am planning a suspension change and installing an LSD and clutch. Being a QA manager I am very fussy about torque specs.
I have searched and can find a specific value at times but i am looking for source for a more complete list.
yes i have that and it doesn't seem very complete and i will dive into the manual deeper. Does a factory manual exist?
I don't know whether there is a printed/PDF factory manual but I have a 2017 F56 S and access to some stuff. Feel free to hit me up either in-thread or via PM for particular values. On this car I swear by doing it just-so -- I would do that anyway but the BMW MINI is a particular beast so one had better pay attention, right there with you

Hi, would you happen to have the torque specs for the following?
Pivot bolt (front control arms)
Pinch bolt (fca to knuckle)
rear strut bottom bolt (strut to knuckle/trailing arm)

Help me out here -- looks like the doc I have access to is using some different terminology -- is the "wishbone" in this diagram what you're referring to as the front control arm? Guessing yes but want to confirm.
And any other detail you can provide in context of the part names in this diagram will help!

Thanks for the quick reply!
Yes, "wishbone" is the front control arm. There's a front pivot bolt for it, as well as its ball joint is held into the knuckle using a pinch bolt. I'd like the torque spec for both of those
"3 spring strut shock absorber" bottom bolt is what I was referring to when I said strut
And by the way, I'm getting conflicting info on the torque for the rear chassis braces. Does your guide have that as well? Thank you!

Here's the full set of what I see pertaining specifically to the front control arm aka wishbone -- will post what I find on the rear chassis braces separately.

One more translation exercise -- have a look at this diagram and let me know what "rear chassis braces" translates to in this-diagram-speak and I should be able to get you torque specs.

That's an entirely different system. Tha rear chassis braces are back towards the exhaust. Those 2 brigther silver pieces you see towards the center of this photo, one with 6 screws the other with 2 bolts. There may be referred to as cross members
