What should be replaced after only 100 miles in three years

Over the course of three years, I have purchased 3 mini's and have hardly driven my R52 I have owned since 2007. Im trying to get it all up to date and fix it all up. It has several leaks from the power steering lines, oil pan gasket, and its leaking from the thermostat. Since it needs quite a bit of stuff I'm just gonna go with thorough restoration. I have decided to do the supercharger service and all the filters. I will most likely also do all the fluids. I will also obviously fix anything else wrong I find. I am deciding on whether or not to do the pulley upgrade since the supercharger out and will be much easier than inside the car. I know Im definitely missing some items and that's why Im reaching out to the community. Thanks in advance, Thomas.

From: Under the car. As per normal.
Recently did the supercharger oil service and here's the "While You're In There®" list I did:

fan resistor
all hose clamps to conventional worm gear / slotted band type
water pump + block flange + O-rings
water pump discharge hose (the small one, available at Pelican)
radiator
upper and lower radiator hoses
upper bleed pipe swap to the aluminum URO model
temperature sensor
thermostat housing swap to aluminum URO model
thermostat + gasket (be sure they're a matched set; some models have the three tabs, some don't, make sure the air bleed hole is oriented to the top 12 O'clock position or you will never bleed all the air out of the engine)
fuel pressure regulator vacuum line (notorious for blowing off at the supercharger discharge / intercooler intake horn)
Crankshaft position sensor O-ring (notorious leaker)
Dipstick O-ring

Could have done but didn't, and/or separately did as part of another front end service mode take down:
air filter
Pan and gasket
Fumoto drain plug
Lower engine mount
Oil cooler replacement + hoses
Oil filter housing to block gasket
Oil filter drain back valve (pre-emptive replacement with the Outmotoring 3D printed one; the OEM ones like to grenade after a time being made of quality recycled German plastic as they are
Crankshaft position sensor

Other things in reach with things apart / drained:
MAP + TMAP sensors
Intercooler boots
fuel pressure regulator / vacuum sensor line
clutch slave / flush & bleed (technically not a front end service mode item but while car is in the air replace without hesitation if you see any leaks or are having related issues; this one will leave you stranded)

Others can weigh in; probably forgotten something obvious but that's all that comes to mind. Good luck.

@Thomas Burdek Daftlad lays out quite a regiment. Hope you won't miss too many episodes of Love Island working down that list
Anyway - Not much of a "While Your In There" engine maintenance but I would take the opportunity to check for rust prone areas.
Specifically under the lower door seals, battery box and tail lights. If you haven't done so yet - you might be unhappily surprised.

Best of luck.

This car is stored on a lift so I have checked the underbody and this car has seen snow once on accident throughout my 16 year ownership so rust free which is especially rare for being in the midwest. Don't worry, I make sure to not miss a new episode.
