When I ordered my MINI with a price, including destination and handling, of $33,450. When the car arrived it came with Piano Black exterior trim, Black Bonnet Stripes, Black roof and mirror caps, and piano black interior surface. My build code when I ordered the car did not include any of these options and was priced at $34,950.

At the time I did accept the car, but the salesperson had no explanation as to why there were differences in what I ordered and what was delivered.

Anyone else have this issue when ordering and accepting the car? I have a message to Mini and am awaiting their response.

Unless the sales person just started in car sales can't believe this is the first time this happened. And the sales manager has to have encountered this before. 'course, the sales person didn't offer to speak to the sales manager.

If you would have refused the car because it was not as you ordered and you had the paperwork showing that I bet you would have gotten an answer. And probably gotten offered the car at a discount to reflect the price of your order.

Whatever you learn be sure to update us. I'm about to order a 2023 JCW and it will be my first ordered car.
