F57 Gen3 Lumbar Knob Removal
@DFH1 I was able to find a picture of the replacement lumbar dial on @OutMotoring site.
It’s held in by two tabs, you probably have to push the seat material in around the dial to expose them and use a pick tool.
I would guess you need to push down on the clips while pulling the dial outward.

Thank you so much for this. I purchased custom made seat covers but they did not have the "hole" in the sides for the ****. It is in the 20's here so I am going to wait so I don't chance breaking the tabs due to the cold.
Yep just poke them and insert. I would wait till its warm.
