no throttle response, red engine light

After starting no throttle response. Orange engine light steady on.
Restart engine and all was OK. This problem continued occasionally.
But meanwhile red engine light is steady on plus the service light.
Error Code ISTA 2BE4 with 3 hits:
1) DME internal fault.
2) Pressure Sensor before throttle valve.
3) Low fuel pressure operating range: Pressure too high
Restarting a couple of times help, if throttle response, yellow engine light comes back on.
Can somebody guide me? There is no Mini repair here on that small island in the Philippines..... (the island calls Panglao)

Is this Clubman a turbo?

If yes, check the turbo wastegate linkage for looseness (i.e., a worn hinge) and check the connections of the vacuum tubing routed from the mechanical vacuum pump through the vacuum box below the throttle body and ending at the wastegate vacuum inlet. Either of these could cause intermittent 1/2 engine light issues.
