Actually I had no idea who made it! LOL in this case it was simply a matter of having reference material to consult --- the Japanese are even more intense than the British when it comes to automotive publications and have a tendency to neatly catalog available aftermarket stuff, had a quick glance at HyperREV and saw that the Lumma looked to fit the bill...
Apparently,
that Lumma rear spoiler is still available?
Schmiedmann still lists it, haven't ever ordered anything from them but from what I've read they seem like a well-regarded outfit.

Although much of the aftermarket stuff doesn't appeal to me, there is some examples that I think is really cool, but it's all very interesting just because diversity of approach is neat to see, and most kits are fairly rare...
...when looking for this stuff many of the images are just 'stock photographs' so it's always great to see actual real-world pics of install and read review of fit/quality, luckily NAM is a wonderful archive and you can spend a good deal of time just worm-holed with various stuff...
...like for example,
Prior Design:
I put this bumper on last spring. I like the look but it required a lot of jimmy rigging as it came with nothing to attach it to your car. I ended up drilling a few holes to attach it. The meshing was pretty cheap and had no good way of getting it on the bumper so I'm probably going to replace it (the mesh). Also, the little windsplitter got taken off from the snow here in Minnesota; it actually looks a little nicer without it. It's definitely a nice bumper, but for 800+ after shipping I kinda wish I just ordered another Aero Kit. That being said, once I have the funds to replace it again, I'm probably going to make this my winter bumper and go back to the aero kit for showing and summer driving.
And,
despite the specific nomenclature denoting only North America,
NAM is worldwide!
