Just realized we won't be there . We will be getting back from Oceanside, CA that day.

 

Dumb question... is this the same type of union jack's that is up in broad ripple?

In that case, it is like the one in Broad Ripple. You will be able to get in.

 

I was under the impression that Union Jacks in broad ripple was a bar.. my bad.

We are planning on being there Monday. Jenn B come with or without the MINI, we will be happy to see you either way, we can still talk MINI.

 

We (Michele and I) should make it, but we may be late. I have a tough time leaving work by 7:00 on Mondays, but since Union Jacks is just about a 1 mile from the house, I have no excuse to miss it.

 

What would be the easiest way to get there from downtown?

I did Mapquest but it looks like a pretty roundabout way that they tell me to go.

I am COMPLETELY unfamiliar with the area.

Well..... The easiest way is to take Michigan Street to White River Parkway. Turn right. Go north along the river to 16th St. Turn left. 16th St will pass in front of the Motor Speedway. Find Crawfordsville Road. Angle Right from center lane (trust me). Follow Crawfordsville Rd. to High School Rd. Turn Right. Make another immediate right onto 25th St.? It's the next right and real quick. Union Jacks on Right.

 

We are back!! Will see everyone tomorrow night.

As you can tell by the time of this post we got home very late!! It will be nice to sleep in my own bed tonight!!

Well I am out . I have to run up to Lafayette around 6:00ish and won't be back till 9:00ish. I will drive by tonight to see if anyone is there, but I will guess and say that most will be gone.

 

Oh man, if I had known that Joe would be working patrol tonight I would've told him I was going and came out (I've been driving his SUV today... that's.. uhm... interesting to say the least) I don't know the area though so I will be sitting here waiting to hear how the evening was lol.

 

Awww! Come on up... it looks very easy to get to from the highway.
