N14 DME Software Changelogs and is it possible to downgrade?

Hello all,

I was curious and checked the DME version of my 08 Clubman S (Prod Date 12.2007) and found out that the version I have is probably one of the latest ones.
E7.41.00.
Of course I dont know when and how it was updated in the past, because I got the car around a year ago.
Somehow it is not possible to see what changes were made to all of the updates, especially to the one I have.
Only thing I found out: First DME Version had more power + were even louder? Is this true? If yes, is it possible to downgrade the DME to the stock version?
Do we even have something like a changelog?
Only lists I found with about the DME Versions are incomplete and the last entries are pretty old by now.

Googleing only gave me results only for E90 downgrades to apply the PPK and/or support a tuning device.

So far nobody bothered to downgrade the DME at all?
Theoretically we could get free power boost by just downgrading the DME and still having stock firmware
