Car started hyperflasing today, bone stock 2015 Cooper S. First on the right signals, then the left. All turn signals illuminate except the scuttles. Had water and corrosion in the left scuttle, right was clean, but no light. Replacing both bulbs tomorrow. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Hyperflash is normal on many cars when you have a bulb (or bulbs) out. Electrical side effect of what a dead bulb removes from the circuit. Also a good way to let a driver know that they have a bulb out, even if that isn't the specific intent.

When you get both scuttles operational that will likely resolve the issue.
