Can I fit 18x8.0 ET35 on F56 Base 2 doors non S ?

Hi, I'm new on this forum and I have just buy a Mini Cooper F56 Base non S 2015.
I want so replace my 16in wheels for a 18in wheels.
I have see a lot of nice wheels whit this spec. 18x8.0 +35 offset 66.5CB
I want to add: 215/40r18 tires set.
I have just buy a H&R lowering kit 1.1in (front and back).

Someone have experience this size of wheels and tires with H&R on Mini Gen3
Does I need spacers (front or back)?
It is rubbing or scrubbing?

Thank you in advance!

Although I cannot give you the answer you are looking for, you CERTAINLY don't need spacers. The lower the Offset, the further out your wheels are from the hub. Spacers are usually required if the shape of the inner part of the wheel (spokes) doesn't clear the brake calipers. This site can be useful in helping you determine how your changes affect the clearance as well as scrub radius and odometer accuracy. https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/

Only if you like to rub the tires on the outer edge of the rear wheel wells.

I'd suggest +43 instead. I am running +45 on 17x8 with 225 Falken Azeni 660 and it's tight near the front struts, but clears - rear is fine.

Cheers,

Charlie

Make sure you use the correctly-shaped Lug bolts for those wheels. It should say whether it uses Conical or a different shaped head such as a ball seat. They look nice!

Fit one wheel only, lugs finger tight, and check all clearances - move the wheel to each corner to be sure.

Hopefully the seller has a return policy if there are fitment problems.

Fingers crossed!

Cheers,

Charlie
