Where does the little hose on the motor side of the JCW airbox hook to?

Where does the little hose on the motor side of the JCW airbox hook to?
So I bought a myself a low mileage 2005 JCW Mini last fall and just pulled it out to do a tune up.
Upon removing the airbox lid to replace the filter I found an unhooked vacuum hose on the motor side of my airbox, where does it hook to?
I am talking about #27 on the diagram below, it is connected to #16 on the airbox (see last picture) but on the other end I can't seem to find where it does.(Ignore the circled area , I stole the diagram from another post)
the end goes to the "Y" connector on the bypass valve....the valve is under the #27 hose in your picture....and it's going to be kinda hard to get the hose back on if you can even see it on the engine
A383Wing thank you for the information, I have been unable to see the spot where it attaches to the valve, I'll look a little harder in that area, does the hose with the open end I have (show above) just slide on to something or is there a missing clasp? Am I better offer removing the bypass valve to install? Thank you!
The bypass valve has a hose on it with a "Y" connector, that's where the hose you asked about goes. As I said, it's buried under stuff on the engine. Another possibility is that someone may have taken the "Y" plastic connector off. The hose in question just pushes on, no clamps or anything
What IS the circled item 19 for? I removed mine yesterday because it looked like someone just stuck a piece of plastic in it. Some sort of resonator for increased/reduced cabin noise?
The lower part of the JCW airbox is the same as the standard one. Part 18 acts like the duct on the JCW and lets a little supercharger sound out, but no where near as much as the JCW cover. Part 19 seals the duct so all of the sound is controlled by the JCW flap which doesn’t open until around 4,500 RPM’s to comply with European noise restrictions.
