the car is 240,000km. of late the gear change has gone crazy when cold. The rev can go to redline without any gear change or increase in speed. The high rev. can maintain without throttle input. It goes away after a few km, it’ll happen again during the first few km after start-up if the car is left to cool.

I took it to the agent and they cannot find any error codes. Did a service 1 and transmission ‘adaptation
’ but the problem still persist.

Any one have a similar issue?
