Repair Manual?

Is there a repair manual for the F56 MINI? Like something the mechanics use as a guide to tear down the car? I know in the past there was a Chiltons Manual for my R53.

Im looking for info on how to take the dash panels off a 2022 so I can paint them. I know they are slightly different than the 2014-2020 cause of the rounded built in air vents vs the squared separate ones. I also want to take off the door "swishes" (used to be circles on the first gen MINI) so I can paint them as well. I dont find anything about those in the search
