F55/F56 Difference Between Sport Driving Modes
Difference Between Sport Driving Modes
I have a 2017 automatic Justa and am trying to figure out the difference between the Sport mode (using the ring at the base of the shifter) and the Sport mode (moving the shifter to the left).
I know the ring Sport mode bumps up the rpms and stiffens the steering but as I don't have an S, it doesn't adjust the suspension.
I think the shifter Sport mode just holds gears a little longer before shifting.
Is that correct?
Also, is anything gained by using both together?
TIA

Moving the shifter to the left changes only the shift points to make it shift more aggressively. Putting the car in sport mode also tightens the steering and makes the suspension stiffer (if you have dynamic damper control).
