My r58 Cooper s fan seemed to be on a lot and loud so after getting some work done I put a new temp sensor in (elbow) ever since I did that it’s been over heating I checked water pump and friction wheel and everything seems to be working fine. I do have updated thermostat housing but still running the elbow sensor.
before I changed this it was in the shop for a new computer as mine was fried overheating coils
