"Klack" noise from front right

Hi,
my R55 JCW makes a metallic "klack" noise when I press on the brake pedal. There's just 1 "klack" no matter how often I apply the brakes again, I have to accelerate out and as soon as I press the brake again, the "klack" noise ist back. When I accelerate fast I hear it too, as soon as I drop the clutch.
However it was not reproduceable on the lift and all ball joints still look good. Also you hear nothing when I pull the handbrake and go reverse or forward, the same with all wheels locked by the main brake.
The "klack" is very quit, but especially sitting on the drivers seat with your feets on the front wall you can feel it a little. From the feeling and sound it very similar to a not completely tightened brake disc, that has a little play and touches the wheel bolts by applying the brakes.
Has anyone experienced something like this? Its a 2008 R55 JCW with roughly 70.000 miles.

Suggest you get a helper to push the pedal and you listen

Sounds like it could be the brake pads banging on the rotor, or inside the caliper...
