please help strange wiper issue not the ground

My wipers will only work on high and on pulse and won't park . I just changed the wiper stalk with a new one and still have the same issue. It can't be the ground or motor because the wipers work. Any help greatly appreciated

Sounds like a loose or corroded plug to me, probably the motor one. You are losing power on the low & park circuits.

It's behind the linkage, but I think you can get to it.

When I had a problem with wipers not parking it was because I nicked a wire from the wiper motor harness. The harness comes over to
the main wiring loom (going into the cabin) by the brake booster. I was messing around pulling a wire thru the firewall and managed to damage the wire. I think this wire is looped on top of the harness so its easy to snag :(

No I didn't. I tried taking apart the wiper stalk and cleaning the insides but no luck . They work on high so I'm just living with it .
